Worst key company. Trying to fix the key that was made where there is a service sign that is open until 6:30 PM, you can arrive at 6:10 PM and it will already be closed. You call the emergency phone and they say it has already closed. Lack of respect and service with the customer. Good thing there are other locksmiths better to fix the terrible service on the keys that won't open the door.

Terrible service Watts...doesn't answer questions...you have to insist to get a response, Store product system, a mess....it seems like they have it in stock but "they don't". (Claims to have a part but I went to check and they don't have it).
